Here the incubator businesses have access to professional expertise in business and product development, and consulting and expert guidance.The incubators have premises which are leased out beneficial to innovation companies and companies under establishment. Access to network with other businesses and communities are an important part of the concept. Special support arrangements for the incubator environment are established. A business incubator has, among other things, an exclusive right to apply for an incubator bursary, administered by Innovasjon Norge.
